Organisation & support

A team of Hollands Handelen managed the whole logistics and support of Northern Europe guests. Hollands Handelen took care of the registration, the hotel reservations, flight arrangements and provided the participants with all the information they required, before and during the event. With a team of 5 employees, we were willing to serve our guests 24/7 and made sure that the guests would have a comfortable stay in Las Vegas. Everything was undertaken to make sure that the event would be a success and the process, from registration till departure, passed off without any problems.

Autodesk Experience

This years theme of Autodesk University was the ‘Autodesk Experience’. To give the participants the ultimate Autodesk Experience, we arranged, besides the regular sessions, some extra entertainment in the evening. The guests enjoyed a welcome dinner and the show ‘Mystere’ from Cirque du Soleil with afterwards a party at the Kahunaville Bar. Besides these extra activities, we gave the guests the opportunity to exchange experiences with well-known Autodesk guests during a VIP reception.

With more than 9.000 design professionals from 74 countries this yearly event is organised to give participants the opportunity to experience the latest developments related to Building, Architecture, Transportation and Media & Entertainment. In the 2008 edition, with more than 650 presentations and session, the participants could explore their theoretical and practical knowledge and experience their ideas before realisation with the professional support of Autodesk software.
