Country Marketing Manager/Specialist BNLX region

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Northern Europe this person will be the main contact for all marketing needs in the BNLX region internally within our client’s organisation and externally with their community of partners.

• Operates as part of Northern Europe marketing team.
• Communicates and liaises with centralised EMEA marketing functions.
• Drives marketing with local BNLX sales team and channel partners.

Responsible for the execution and delivery of the regional marketing plan.

• Ensures alignment with country sales team.
• Ensures channel marketing plan supports Global/EMEA plan.

Channel marketing management.

• Monitors execution of channel activities & MDF funds .
• Runs regular channel marketing briefings and channel meetings.
• Agrees and approves channel marketing plans.�
• Local owner of partner portal.

Campaign management and execution of Global , EMEA and local campaigns.

• Vendor and agency management as required.
• Translation final sign off of localised assets.
• Plan and execute local tactics.

Regional PR in liaison with EMEA communications team.
Regional website management. 
Local marketing budget management.
Management reporting as required. 

Skills required

• Experience of campaign management within an international company (ideally a USA software vendor).
• Experience of channel marketing within the BNLX region, ideally working with VADs and VARs.
• Fluent in Dutch and English. Native Dutch speaker preferred.
• Competent in MS office, experience of working with marketing, sales automation and reporting systems.
• Experience of managing translation processes for regional marketing assets.
• Strong process and project management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
