Autodesk university in Las Vegas

Assignment
Arrange the whole logistics organization around the Autodesk University in Las Vegas for 
all North European Autodesk clients and accompany them during this event.

Implementation
During Autodesk University, this year organized from 30th November until 5th December, 
Hollands Handelen supported 235 Northern Europe participants in Las Vegas, from 
registration till departure. Hollands Handelen arranged:

- The registration of all participants
- The booking of the flights and hotel rooms
- Informing the participants before and during this event
- A getting-acquainted dinner
- Tickets to see the Cirque du Soleil ‘Mystique’ show followed by a party in the Kahuna 
  bar
- A VIP reception where the participants could exchange their experiences with a view 
  important Autodesk guests. 

A Hollands Handelen team was present in Las Vegas during this event to be of service to 
all North European participants.
